It is also America’s most international city with newspapers in thirty different languages. The city is known as "the Paris of the West".

Most people enjoy the climate in San Francisco. It’s never too hot and never really cold. The sea winds are healthy and they make you hungry. And it’s good to be hungry in San Francisco because the food is fabulous with more than 2600 restaurants serving food from all over the world.

There are at least three small cities in San Francisco: "Little Italy", with its pizzerias and restaurants, "Chinatown" with wonderful shops and exciting food and "Japan-town". And everywhere you go you will see boats out on the sea, smell fresh and salt and feel the sea wind on your face.

If you live in San Francisco you get plenty of exercise, because it’s a city of hills. Perhaps that’s why the famous cablecars are so popular. And of course the views from the hills are spectacular.

I like to travel. First of all, the members of our family
usually have long walks in the country. Such walks are called
hikes. If we want to see countryside we have to spend a part of
our summer holidays on hikes. During such hikes we see a
lot of interesting places, sometimes we meet interesting people.
It’s useful for all members of our family. We take our
rucksacks. We don’t think about tickets and there is no need
to hurry up.

As for me, it’s more comfortable to travel by train and by
plane. But it’s difficult to buy tickets for the plane. That’s
why we buy our tickets beforehand. When I travel by plane, I
don’t spend a lot of time going from one place to another. I
like to fly. If I travel by train or by plane my friends see me
off at the railway station or in the airport.

I like to travel by car. It’s interesting too, because you can
see many things in a short time. When we go by car, we don’t
take tickets. We put all things we need in a car. We don’t
carry then.

Sometimes we go to the seaside for a few days. As usual the weather is warm and we can swim. It’s a pleasure to watch white ships. So I can say that I enjoy all kinds of travelling very much.

The shamrock and the red hand are the national symbols of Northern Ireland.
The shamrock is said to be connected to St. Patrick, Ireland’s Patron Saint. Irish people wear this symbol on the National Day on March 17th. This celebration is called St. Patrick’s Day.
The name of St. Patric is surrounded by a rich tradition of oral legends and myths most of which has been exaggerated over the centuries. It is so because inventing exciting tales as a way to remember history has always been a part of Irish culture. Some of these legends say that Patrick raised people from the dead.

Once I traveled to different cities. One of these cities was Amsterdam, the capital and the largest city of the Netherlands. I visited the main street - Damrak, there are cultural centers, many cafes, craft workshops and museums. I managed to visit one of the shopping centers. There I bought various souvenirs for my friends. On this my journey through this wonderful city doesn’t end. I visited one of the most great museums in the world - the Rijksmuseum. There I found many beautiful paintings, sculptures and other. In general, I really liked this city and I hope that I’m still here.

Russia is the country that is not only the largest in the world in its territory, but also with a rich history and unique natural beauties. The choice of places for rest is simply huge, and all sights not only not to see, but also to list probably, it is not possible. Despite all the negative statements about Russia, and from those who have never been to this country, the interest of foreign tourists does not subside, and a huge number of visitors from different countries come and come every year. So what attracts people from abroad. In my opinion this is a great choice of sights, both historical and natural.
In Russia, any person will find for himself the option of rest, which suits him. There is no difference in what fascinates you, mountains, the sea, historical sites and architecture or eco-tourism. In this country there are all kinds and directions of tourism, and you can only choose the route and program for the future trip.
If we talk about rest with children, should I take them with me, I want to say that not only is it worth, but even necessary, because the younger generation should develop and communicate with their peers from different countries, get acquainted with their culture and history. This will expand their horizons and create an idea of the country itself and the people living in it. And this applies not only to Russia. Different cultures, lifestyles and acquaintances, enrich the spiritual world of man, and in children form a common worldview.
