New Year - the best holiday. I like it that this holiday brings joy not only for children but also for adults. New Year - a family holiday. We met him in his own family. I really love winter vacations. Although they are much shorter than summer ones, they always pass brightly and cheerfully. All the fact that for the winter holidays are my most favorite holidays - Christmas and New Year. All two weeks of rest from classes are the most important festive atmosphere.
Winter holidays I usually spend at home, because on holidays to us come the grandfather and the grandmother or other relatives. And we all prepare together for the celebration - we prepare delicious food and decorate the house. And then we all meet the New Year together, usually we do not sleep all night.
But I hope that this year I will be able to visit the Carpathians. To spend a winter vacation at the ski resort is my old dream, to ski, to see the beauty of the mountains in winter with my own eyes.
Winter vacations give us an opportunity to relax from training, to communicate with a loved one and devote time to your favorite pursuits. In winter, when it’s cold, I like to listen to music and sit with a book by the window. And when the snow falls, then I go for a walk on the street. Around all the white, it seems that you are in some other dimension. So good around the bush! You can go skating or take off on a sled from the mountain, or even make a snowman, play snowballs. It’s always fun for everyone - both children and adults.
Winter holidays are a wonderful time. It is a pity that they end quickly, and again we must return to school. But the bright impressions of a well-spent time help in the difficult matter of learning.

At home we put up the Christmas tree and decorated all the rooms tinsel and figures of dwarves.

My winter holidays.
During our school year we have two holidays - winter and summer ones. As for summer holidays they will be in some months and i don’t want to think of them because i become very lazy and don’t want to do anything. I just forget about school and begin to dream about seaside. However, soon we’ll have winter holidays and i suppose it’s also a very interesting time. Winter holidays will start in one week. They include New Year’s day and Christmas - two magic days in our life. As for me, during winter holidays I shall go to Finland together with my parents, because it’s the best place in winter. Finland is always associated with Christmas. We shall have a travelling by plane. We shall spend three days in Helsinki. We shall put up at one good hotel and have some wonderful excursions. We shall go to some museums. In the evenings we shall walk about the city and enjoy its evening views. I think, I shall miss Helsinki after my coming back home.
