Let me introduce myself. My name is Anna. I’m 15 year old and I currently study at a high school. Reading plays a very important part in my life. I have several interests and hobbies and reading is one of them. In my opinion, people should read books because they educate and enriches the intellect. Books can also shape a person’s character and his moral values. Apart from that, reading is simply fun. It entertains us and gives lots of pleasure. For example, when I read an interesting book, I completely dissolve in it. I travel to distant places together with main characters. If the book is super-interesting, I can read it again and again. Thanks to reading, I have learn to express my thoughts and feelings more clearly. I think that reading a book at spare time is a wonderful activity. Besides, books are rather handy. They are easy to carry, so I always take a book or two when I travel. I especially like reading on a bus or train. This way time flies like a streak of lightning. People are fond of reading different kinds of books. My favorite genre is a novel. I also enjoy reading the works of famous Russian and foreign authors, which are now considered to be classics. For example, according to our school program we had to read “Fathers and Sons” by Turgenev and “Crime and Punishment” by Dostoevsky. I truly enjoyed both of them. Another good novel was “War and Peace” by Tolstoy. Our teacher showed us a movie based on this novel because the book itself is really huge and contains several volumes. I should admit that the movie was also brilliant. In conclusion, I’d like to add that people who take pleasure in reading should attend libraries. There are so many interesting books in the world but we can’t buy all of them. That’s why there are many public libraries in our country.

He needn’t have money but it is important that he is fun to be with. Friends must be loyal and never betray each other.

A fiction is a type of literature that describes imaginary people and events. As I like nature and theatre usually read drama, poetry, love stories, reference books, and encyclopedias. My favorite book is Robinson Crusoe. I’d like to say a few worlds about this book. The main character is a Robinson Crusoe. He is a honest, kind, clever, intelligent, brave, poor, cheerful. Reading is a good book is like talking to a friend, you wish the experience would never end.

I liked to take care about my aquarium. It is my hobby. I take care about my fishes too. I give them eat every day. Also, i clean up the filter. Then i put it on the aquarium and enjoyed of the fishes in there. When the night came, my cat-fishes(сомы) goes for a hunting. In the morning i seen what the cat-fishes in their "house". But i seen the dead fishes on the water. I called my dad. He take him and throw in the toilet. Then he buyed new fish. I liked my aquarium and this is my hobby.

I like do a lot of things, but I have a hobby. My hobby is making videos and then
I like doing a lot of things, but my favourive activity is shooting and editing videos. When I have some spare time, I take my camera, go to some beautiful place and make a small video. Sometimes I film animals doing some funny things or ride down a slope with my bike and a GoPro on my helmet.
Then I come home, load all I filmed to my computer and start editing. Having added some effects and titles with some good-looking fonts, I may upload them on YouTube.
That’s basically what my hobby is like, and I think I will keep it up in the future, and who knows, maybe it will become a part of my job.

I have many favorite hobbies. I love to read, I love to ride a bike, and I really like the story. But my most important hobby - it’s drawing.
I started drawing when I was a kid. Mom and Dad often gave me the pens in different colors, crayons and beautiful, snow-white drawing paper. I liked to portray on a sheet of something beautiful, plants, animals, and sometimes humans. So I often do myself cards for mom and dad.
However, my first drawings were not the best. Something crooked, something that did not work. But I always continued to paint. Now, it seems to me, I paint very well. My works are hanging on the walls in my room. I often send their works to the contest of children’s drawings, and often receive diplomas and prizes.
Moreover, I go to art school. I really like it there. In art school reigns a real atmosphere of creativity and skill. We usually draw a still life, sometimes people. In the summer we go on plein-air and paint nature, flowers, forests, trees, houses.
Now my drawings quite good. But someday I want to learn to paint like the great Russian artists I. Shishkin, Ivan Aivazovsky and K. Bryullov! I’m sure I can draw even better if I try.
