Я написал про путешествие из Москвы
I spend my holidays this summer in the town of Palanga, Lithuania. Palanga is known for its beautiful long beaches, and scenery views, even though Baltic sea is not the warmest sea.
It took us 14 hours to get to Vilnius by train. After that we took a suburb train to get to Klaipėda. And from Klaipėda we bus to Palanga, where we had booked a cozy room in one of the hotels.
Palanga is a small yet beautiful town. As many towns along the shoreline, it is mostly a touristic place. The main touristic attraction is Basanavichus Street. It is a pedestrian street with amusement parks, restaurants, night-clubs and fast-food booths.
We went swimming every day, visited several restaurants and even rode a Segway! Segway is a self-balancing, battery-powered electric vehicle, and it was so much fun! That was the most remarkable activity this summer.
I hope I will get back to Palanga to spend several more happy days.
I spent my holidays very well. I did not only stay at home. I went for a walk with my friends, rode by bicycle. It is so interesting to visit new places in the city, by riding bicycle.
In July I went to a tourist camp for children. I met many new friends there. We played many exciting games, sang different songs and took part in different competitions.
It was very sad to leave the camp, but I didn’t feel bored at home. I went to the river with my father. We swam and sunbathed.
Maybe, my summer holidays weren’t very unusual, but I will remember them and look forward to the next ones.

As about me, well, I will be at home with my parents. Some people think it’s boring but I do not agree. I love my mom and dad. Also I will definitely go skiing. I adore winter so I’m sure this one will be perfect.

Не большой рассказ о летних каникулах
For many people summer is the best season of the year and my family is not an exception. Both my parents love to travel abroad while they are on vacation. As for me, I also like seeing new places and meeting new people. My name is Alina. I’m the 9th grade pupil at the local secondary school. I have lots of friends at school and in the neighborhood. So, when the summer starts I get lots of free time to spend with my friends. This summer was full of positive emotions. From the moment it started me and my parents left for Croatia for a week. Weather and nature in this country were magnificent. We swam a lot in the azure sea, we sunbathed, then we took some excursions to see the places around the country and we also made lots of new friends there. We are still in touch with some of them. When we came back I started seeing my friends more often. We went for shopping to the mall, we also went to one pizza place, which is my favorite. All in all, we had a great time together. At the end of the summer we went to visit my grandparents. They live in a village which is four hours of drive from us. The air there is always fresh and clean compared to the city polluted air. At my grandparents’ I also have some good friends, so I wasn’t bored there. I stayed out a lot, where we played basketball, hide-and-seek, and even went to pick mushrooms once. I should say that summer was great! It’s a pity, it ended so fast.

last summer i were in kiev for 1 week. it is a very beautiful town. there were a lot of flowers, trees, parks, birds. we bought there a lot of clothes and souvenirs. one day we went to the akvapark. it was very big. some slides were very exciting, so i rolled on them a few times. the week passed very quickly.
I have got a lot of good impressions about this city and i would like to go there again.
