On May 24 1965, at 16.00 I went to the Beatles’ concert. It was great! At first we’ve been waiting for them for 1 hour! When they came on the stage, they started singing one of their the most popular songs called "Yesterday". Then they were playing such songs as "Help!", "Another Girl", "If I Fell" etc. 

There were so many people at the concert! I think, it was the coolest concert in my life.

The Beatles are four guys from England. They are John Lennon, Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney and George Harrison. They formed the group in 1960 and now they are one of the most popular groups! I love them.

You asked me about hobbies which are popular with Russian teens. Well many teenagers are interested in music and playing computer games. Others are into collecting or doing sports. As for me, my hobby is cooking. I collect traditional Russian recipes and cook these dishes. However, I feel I don’t have enough time for my hobby as I’ve got too much homework. If I had more free time, I’d take up photography. It’s really exciting.
Anyway, it’s great that school is over. What are you going to do in summer? Will you stay with your grandparents? Would you like to visit other countries?

I apologize for not replying to you. I didn't because I'm busy with studying.  I'm preparing to the exams. We're having English, Russian and Maths exam. I think the most difficult exam is maths exam. But i do my best to prepare to it. It's very important for this moment.
You know, I'm going to England after the exams to practice the English language. But I worry it'll be difficult to adapt to Englishman's life. But anyway, I'm sure it'll be a wonderful experience in my life. A letter of complain
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the service that I received in your restaurant last week.
Firstly, you said that there will be a huge variety of traditional and continental dishes but many dishes were not available.
Secondly, the waiter was not prompt at all. To make matter worse, when he brought me food, it was cold.
You promised that you have only friendly service but the waiters were rude to guests.
As you can imagine, I was extremely upset by the treatment I received and I will certainly not book a table in your restaurant. I hope that you will improve the staff training methods and that your staff will be more polite and helpful to customers.

I am writing to complain about a DVD player I bought online from your company two weeks ago.
Unfortunately, a DVD player has not performed well, because its disc tray keeps getting stuck. I am disappointed, because my new disc is stuck in disc tray and I cannot get it out.

I have got many friends. They are my classmates, mostly. We are friends because we have much in common - the same interests, hobbies, problems with school. There are only two best friends among them - Kate and Nick. I always appreciate their help and sociability. As if I have no friends, I will choose them again, because they are sociable, creative, talking, understanding and caring. They always help me when I need ans I do the same. We usually play volleyball together, ride bikes and skate in winter. I like spending time with my friends.

2) My friend Mike has invited me to spend the holiday with him and a couple of our other friends in Scotland. Obviously I agreed. It has been quite a while since we hanged out all together like that. So I packed my bags and full of energy I’m ready for the flight. I was excited but kind of nervous as well I haven’t seen my friends in a while what if they changed? What if they are different? What if I changed? But as soon as we get on the plane my worries go away as if they never existed in the first place. Luckily for the time we’ve spent there the weather was nice for the most part at least. When we arrived I saw a big beautiful airport before me. And I blacked out all I could here was “ Welcome to Scotland” in my head. The airport was so big and gorgeous that I have to admit we kind of lost our way. We visited so many places made new friends took pictures and many more. But the most important thing we were together.
