I had a great weekend. With my parents, I went to the park. There we rode on the Ferris wheel, walked and ate sweet cotton wool. We walked for 3 hours, but soon we decided to go home. I really liked this day!

My weekend was lovely! I went to my friend’s birthday! She was 10 years old, and all were invited to the feast went to the amusement Park. There were the best attractions of the city (in my opinion) ! There were lots of cafes! We decided to go to one of them! Each ate a Burger and drank a glass of lemonade! And then we went home for cake! The cake was delicious and beautiful. The next day the whole family went to see the movie "Ghost in the shell"! I loved this movie! After the movie we went to the Park to roller skate. We drove the entire Park. There were a lot of people, paths, and interesting quests. There were quests and searching, and the passage! My Day off  Мой выходной день
My name is Catherine. I’m fifteen years old. I’ve moved to St. Petersburg recently. I study six days a week that’s why I try to spend my only day off merrily and interestingly. In the morning I wake up later than usual. I like to lie slugging a bed and to watch TV. Television shows many interesting programmes on Sunday. My mother cooks something delicious at the weekend. She bakes cakes or sweet buns. We have breakfast together and then walk around the town. I’m fond of painting that’s why I like to visit art exhibitions. In the evening I meet with friends and we go the cinema. After the film we spend time in any cafe or McDonalds and compare notes. Sometimes I can’t meet with friends and then I spend the whole evening with my parents and elder sister. We go to the theatre or to the concert hall together. I love my day off very much because I can have a good rest and collect my strength for a whole week.

Я очень люблю свой выходной день, потому-что можно хорошо отдохнуть и запастись силами на всю неделю

I would like to tell you a few words about my last weekend.   Last weekend I didn’t have to go to school, so I stayed in bed until 10 o’clock in the morning.  When I got up I had my breakfast with my family, made my bed, aired and cleaned my room. Then I helped my mother about the house, she asked me to vacuum clean the carpets and to water the flowers.  After that I did my homework, it took me about 2 hours.  After that I met my friends, we went for a walk. But not for a long  one, because the weather was not too good. When I came home I had dinner  and spent some time at my computer.  Later in the evening I watched TV and read a book. I went to bed at 10 o’clock.  

My last weekend was one of the most enjoyable ones. My weekdays are usually monotonous and hard, so I always long for Saturdays and Sundays. Unfortunately my weekend is too short, that is why I do my best to make it really exciting.

Nothing extraordinary happened last Saturday because I was at school till 2 p. m. and then just went home to relax with my family. I helped my mum cook dinner, then all of us watched a nice movie. It was a comedy “Meet the parents”. The film didn’t have any visual effects or computer graphics, but it was sweet and funny. At 7 p. m. I had a long foam bath, it was such a pleasure which I can afford only at weekends. Then I spent a couple of hours reading an amazing book. So I fell asleep with the book in my hands.

Sunday was completely different. Of course, I got up later than usual. After breakfast I did some housework while I listened to my favorite music. Then my friend phoned me and invited me and my brother to «The Amusement Park».  The weather was nice and I agreed. So we took a bus and went to the park. We had so much fun. We went on a ferris wheel and all kinds of rides: water rides, train rides, swing rides. We screamed loudly. I think all kids love the rides. Although my little brother didn’t quite like them, he got scared and even cried sometimes. After that we all went shopping as I needed to find a birthday present for my mother. And I found a beautiful scarf for her. I hope she will love it.

In the evening we were extremely tired but very happy. It was a great weekend. I had a lot of fun.

Last Saturday it was my best friend’s birthday party. She was twelve. We celebrated in the country. We had fun, danced, sang songs and listened to music. In the evening our friends came home, but I stayed at my friend’s place. On Saturday we had breakfast and went to the zoo. We saw a lot of different wild animals. Then we had lunch at the cafe and I went home. I liked my last weekend very much.

I spent last weekend with his friends. Saturday after class I went with friends. We were having fun as they could. Tired after a walk to come home to do homework. On Sunday I went to the movies with his brother on the very interesting film "justice League."After the movie I was left with a lot of emotion. So I spent the past weekend. (Та. : D)

I spend my weekend with my friend. I went with my friend to go for a walk after lessons on Saturday. We had a lot of fun. When I returned home, I was very tired, but I done my homework. I went to the cinema with brother to watch very interesting film “league of justice” on Sunday. I had a very much emotion and I still have it. My weekend was very good.
