My family consists of 3 peole: mother, sister and me. we are very friendly, hospitable with each other. we always help each other in difficult situations, give advices. we also very kind, honest. we never talk a lie. we spend a wonderful time together. we go for a walk, to the parks together. i love my family very much

I have a family. My family consists of three members. There are my mother, my sister and me. My mother is a very kind woman. She is young. She is only 37. My sister is very lovely and cheerful. She is very trustful. We like holidays and merrily spend them. We like when guests come to our house. Our mother teaches us to be honest and hospitable. My mom is dear for us. We are a respectful family.

She is 65 years old. She is of medium hight and she has got blonde hair. She has a kind character and she likes cook. He is 39 years old. He is tall and he has got short dark hair. He is good-hearted and he likes to eat yummy food. He is 37 years old. He is of medium higth and he has got short dark hair. He is very kindly and he is interested in football. She is 33 years old. She is tall, fit and slim and she has got long dark hair. She is nice and she loves her family. He is 68 years old. He is very tall and he has got bald. He often growls, likes watching TV and likes to eat yummy food.

The entire community of 21st century people is sick and tired of work andstudies, stress and pressure. We are all suffering from hurry sickness and badlyneed some time for full relaxation. And what is the best way to relax? I supposeit’s just to have a perfect day when no one will disturb you from deepmeditation and relaxation.

I am dreaming about having a perfect day somewhere in India or Goa, the place, which is notspoilt by civilization. I would probably wake up around 10 a. m and tuck into a delicious Indian breakfast oа pancakes with lots of curry powder. Then I’d take to the backwater for three or fourhours. Later on, having had an indulgent lunch, I’d lie in a hummock, sipping fresh coconut milkthrough a straw and reading a good book. I might follow the footsteps ofHollywood stars, to come to such places in search of relaxation, massage andnatural healthcare facilities, which date back more than 3000 years. Thesetreatments use herbal oils made from the exotic spices. Poured very slowlyacross your forehead, the oil feels like a cow licking you. This might soundrevolting, but is actually very enjoyable for people suffering from stress andstrains of modern life.

After supper, totally relaxed, I’d head for bed, putting an eye-mask in order to avoid being wokenup by the early sun.

Every year our health become worse and worse because of pulluted air, water, soil, unhealthy life of people, different technologies, which influence our health. But what should every family do to be healthy?
     I think to be healthy a person must do regular physical exercises. Besides we can eat only healthy food and get enough sleep. Every family can be outdoors every day. There are two more useful things for your health: to take vitamins regulary and have a complete physical once a year. Of course, parents mustn’t let theit children to spend their free time by surfing the Internet and watching TV.
   If a person is ill,  she or he must see doctors. There are many private hospitals. You have to pay there, but it’s usually quicker. Today many people can get private treatment.
So,  take care of your health!

The traditional English breakfast is a full meal. some people begin their breakfast with cereal. they eat it with cold or warm milk. Then they have a plate of bacon and eggs, tomatoes, sausages and beans. Then they have a toast with butter and some fruit juice. they drink tea or coffee in the morning. Many English people now take such a full breakfast only on Sunday morning. Most people have a sandwich or light snack for lunch.

I know if I had a lot of money I could buy and give everything she wants. It will make her feel better. There are a lot of families in different cartoons, but today I want to give a talk about The Croods. It’s a family of ancient humans, our ancestors. They are afraid of dangerous animals and they are hiding in a cave. Their lifestyle is pretty simple - hunting, exploring, sleeping. A father is always keeping his eye on his family and he really cares about safety and comfort of his closest relatives. It’s a hilarious parody, but the Croods have all modern family qualities. There are an old strange granny, a young stubborn girl, a kid. They all are living in harmony with each other, sometimes they argue about little things. But they still love each other. To my mind it’s an interesting experience because from this movie we learn about ancient lifestyle with jokes and thrills. And it still teachs us how to be a true family no matter what happens.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Tanya Mavrina. I’m 22 years old. I was born in Chelyabinsk and still live here.
My family consists of my husband and a daughter. My husband’s name is Sergei. He works as a mechanic. My daughter’s name is Liza and she is 2 years old. She will go to a kindergarten soon.
In summer we’ll go to my husband’s relatives who live in the village. We are going to relax from city’s bustle.
I do not work at the moment. I just take care of my baby and do house chores.
