I live in Ust-Kamenogorsk city. There are many places of interest. One of them - sculpture which called "To the stars". This is the famous sculpture of a Soviet architect Vucetic and sculptor L. I. Makoveev, was opened in 1962. The sculpture is made from cast iron and mounted on a 2-stepped square pedestal, faced with gray marble. According to the architect, his work exemplifies the ease, the romance, the desire of young people to a peaceful life, knowledge and a brighter future. Installed on the street in front of the Protazanov family fun Center.

And unluckily, there’s not any exact and common way to solve such an awful problem. But as it supposed to be, the only way is to find the job. Maybe not so high-paid, but probably it would be enough to buy the food and all must-have stuff

The thrill comes from the free-falling and the rebound.[3] When the person jumps, the cord stretches and the jumper flies upwards again as the cord recoils, and continues to oscillate up and down until all the kinetic energy is dissipated.

this year on my summer holidays i was in Turkey. turkey is a wonderful country with friendly people. There are many beautiful places in Turkey. they are; the monument of youth dad? getting the vout and others. Turkey’s food are very delicious, there are so many national food there such as kebabs, sherbet, the gold yiop, simits and others, in conclusion i want to say that turkey is a wonderful country/i hope that i will home there soon

The USA
The United States of America is the fourth largest country in the world (after Russia, Canada, and China). It occupies the southern part of North America and stretches from the Pacific to the Atlantic Ocean. It also includes Alaska in the north and Hawaii in the Pacific Ocean. The total area of the country is about nine and a half million square kilometres. The USA borders on Canada in the north and on Mexico in the south. It also has a seaboarder with Russia.
The USA is made up of 50 states and the District of Columbia where the capital of the country, Washington, is situated. The population of the country is about 250 million.
If we look at the map of the USA, we can see lowlands and mountains. The highest mountains are the Rocky Mountains, the Cordillera, and the Sierra Nevada. The highest peak is Mount McKinley, which is located in Alaska.
America’s largest rivers are the Mississippi, the Missouri, the Rio Grande, and the Columbia. The Great Lakes on the border with Canada are the largest and deepest in the USA.
The climate of the country varies greatly. The coldest regions are in the north. The climate of Alaska is arctic. The climate of the central part of the country is continental. The south has subtropical climate. Hot winds blowing from the Gulf of Mexico often bring typhoons. The climate along the Pacific coast is much warmer than that of the Atlantic coast.
The USA is a highly developed industrial country. It is the leading producer of copper and oil and the worlds second producer of iron ore and coal. On the industrial enterprises of the country they produce aircrafts, cars, textiles, radio and television sets, weapon, furniture, and paper.
Though mainly European and African in origin, the Americans are made up from nearly all races and nations, including the Chinese and the native Americans — Indians.
The largest cities are New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Detroit, San Francisco, and others.
The United States is a federal republic consisting of 50 states, each of which has its own government. The seat of the central (federal) government is Washington, D. C. According to the Constitution of the USA, the powers of the government are divided into 3 branches: the executive, headed by the President, the legislative, exercised by the Congress, and the juridical. The Congress consists of the Senate and the House of Representatives. There are two main political parties in the USA: the Republican and the Democratic.

The flag of Russia is a three coloured flag consisting of three equal horizontal fields: white on the top, blue in the middle, and red on the bottom. Flag is the country’s main symbol, as well as the anthem and coat of arms. The history of the flag comes from the 1697 when Tsar Peter I visited the Netherlands. He liked the simple design of Dutch flag and used the same colours for the Russian flag.  Through the years the flag had been changed, removed and brought back again until in August 21, 1991. Then the original design from Peter the Great was re-adopted officially in December, 1991. Though there is no distinctive meaning for the colours of the flag some believe white stands for peace and generosity, blue standing for truth, loyalty and wisdom and red standing for strength, courage and love. In 1994 the National Flag Day was established in Russia. It is celebrated on 22 August, but people work on this day. 

Australia is, no doubt, one of the most mysterious and interesting English-speaking countries in the world. Being situated far away in the Southern Hemisphere, the country is a wonderful mixture of a unique nature and original traditions. Australia is the only country on our planet that occupies a whole continent, though the smallest one. Its total area is more than 7,6 million square kilometers and it is 30 times bigger than the area of Great Britain. Despite that, the population of Australia is not a large one — about 23 million people which is almost three times smaller than the population of the UK. The climate of Australia cannot be described as a pleasant one: it’s hot and wet in the South, generally mild in the centre and hot and extremely dry in the North. The climate differences are mainly formed by the long mountain range that stretches across almost the whole continent and divides the hot dry lands of the mainland from the juicy lands close to the coasts. However, Australia is one of the oldest lands of our planet and no wonder that the landscape is mainly flat. But it is not boring at all — incredible colours of Australian deserts, salt lakes and strange rocks are really fascinating. Australia is a part of the British Commonwealth and it consists of six states and two territories. The nation’s capital is Canberra — a beautiful green city with numerous parks and squares. The modern history of the continent dates back to 1770 when Terra Australis Incognita was discovered by Captain James Cook. The first British settlements appeared there in 1788. But the old history of the Native Australians is much older — the archeologists discovered paintings on the rocks that are about 40 thousand years old. The unique culture and traditions of their ancectors are carefully kept by the Aboriginals till nowadays. The country is a wonderful tourist destination. Millions of people visit the upside down world every year to experience the extraordinary nature of the continent which is really worth seeing. Thousands of unbelieveable unique species of flora and fauna can be met only in Australia. Kangaroos and koalas, platypuses and kookaburras can be seen in the wild. No matter how long it takes to get to this distant land, Australia is just a great place to enjoy!

Great Britain, America and Russia are great countries. In these countries a lot of people live or lived which made  great contribution to the development of the world science and culture, literature, music and painting.

One famous British writer is  A. Conan Doyle. He invented Sherlock Holmes, one of the most famous characters and detectives. He became popular because of his love for people. William Shakespeare is also famous English writer. Everybody know his novels. Sir Isaac Newton is a  British scientist who invented calculus and formulated the theory of universal.

There are a lot of famous people in the USA. Among them, the most beautiful woman in the world - Marilyn Monroe, the king of rock-n-roll - Elvis Presley, one of the best known human rights activist - Martin Luther King, the father of Disney cartoons - Walt Disney, the creator of electric lamps - Thomas Edison, a well-known writer of short stories – O. Henry and many others. 

The names of Russian scientists and writers, poets, composers and painters are world-famous-Pushkin, Lermontov, Chehov, Levitan.  Russian scientists are. Lomonosov, the founder of the Moscow, Mendeleev’s greatest discovery was the Periodic System of Elements, Popov invented radio. People in many countries admire paintings, portraits and landscapes Surikov, Levitan, Repin works of our Russian writers and poets are translated into many languages.
