Дети учатся в школе в Америке всего 13 лет (с 5 до 18 лет).
Школа в Амекрике подразделяется на 3 разные школы:
Начальная школа (Elementary school): с 0 по 4 класс (5 лет)
Средняя школа (Middle school): с 5 по 8 класс (4 года)
Старшие классы (High School): с 9 по 12 классы (4 года).
После 8, 9, 10 или 11 класса подросток может пойти учиться в техническую школу, где одновременно с общим образованием может получить какую-либо полезную специальность, например:
Инженер,
Электромеханик,
Воспитатель в дошкольном учреждении,
Дизайнер ландшафта,
Специалист по телекоммуникациям,
Специалист по маркетингу,
и другие.
Уроки состоят из модулей (блоков) по 25 мин каждый.
Поскольку все ученики в старших классах посещают классы разных уровней, у каждого подростка своё расписание и не похоже на расписание других учеников.
 
В начальной школе школьный день длится с 8.40 до 14.40.
В средней школе - с 8.00 до 14.40.
В старших классах - с 7.30 до 14.40
 
Многие дети ездят в школу и из школы на школьном автобусе, маршрут которого учитывает проживание детей в данном городке.
Многие родители привозят детей в школу и забирают сами на машине. Если родители не могут забрать ребёнка после школы, он может за дополнительную плату посещать в школе группу продлённого дня, где с ним будут заниматься воспитатели, играть в развивающие игры, делать поделки и помогать ему делать домашнее задание.
 
Каждое утро, когда дети идут в школу, на нескольких перекрёстках, расположенных около каждой школы, стоят регулировщики движения в жёлтых жилетах, которые останавливают транспорт, чтобы дать детям возможность безопасно перейти дорогу. Регулировщики движения не являются сотрудниками полиции, они работают в школе.
Когда дети приходят в школу, а также когда они расходятся по домам, у школы дежурит полиция, чтобы следить за безопасностью детей и предотвратить появление у школ нежелательных личностей, которые могут представлять угрозу для детей.
Но вот, мы все-таки подъехали к дверям школы и можем войти. Если вы опаздываете, то отмечаетесь в компьютере как опоздавший и берете специальный билет, без которого вас не пустят на занятия. Теперь вы можете идти на урок… или нет? Сначала вы должны пойти к данному вам ящику и оставить рюкзак и все лишнее там. Это обязательно, иначе в класс вас могут не пустить.
В большинстве штатов, включая и Северную Каролину, школы не используют учебники, на уроке вам нужны только: тетрадь (обычно в линейку, в клетку не используют даже на алгебре), карандаш (ручками почти никто не пишет) и зачастую телефон (большинство ходит с айфонами, телефоны других моделей встречаются редко).

Итак, начался урок. Вы встаете и ждете, пока остальные дадут ежедневную клятву флагу США (текст можно найти на просторах интернета). Дисциплина в классах отсутствует, потому первые несколько минут урока уйдут на создание тишины. Стоит заметить, что уроки длятся по часу. Затем вам выдают листки с заданиями. Подобные листки будут вам заменять тетрадь и учебник на протяжении большинства уроков. В связи с этим, одно из правил - это обязательное использование папок на кольцах для хранения этих листков. На многих уроках будет необходимо использование телефона как для поиска информации, так и для отправления ответов на тесты. Нередко будут давать задания на работу в команде.

Но вот урок заканчивается и звенит звонок. Американцы тут же вскакивают с мест и рвутся к выходу, расталкивая друг друга, даже если учителя еще говорят. Все это действо сопровождается шумом и криками рвущихся к выходу.

New York,( or the Big Apple, as the Americans call it), is the biggest city in the USA and one of the largest cities of the world. It is situated at the mouth of the Hudson river, it’s the biggest sea-port. The most famous landmark of New York City is the very well-known Statue of Liberty. The population of this city is near 12 million people. It is the capital of New York State. It is an industrial and cultural centre of the country. There are 5 boroughs in New York — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island or Richmond.  Most business is centred in Manhattan Island. The whole area is very small, that’s why the sky-scrapers were invented in New York and, especially, in Wall Street. The famous Empire State building of New York City is considered as one of the tallest buildings in the world, as also were the Twin Towers till September 11. Wall Street is a narrow street with big houses, but it is the busiest street in the USA, people do business there. Another famous street is Broadway, the centre of the theatres and night life. When you come to New York you see lots of cars,  you do not see any trees or flowers in the streets, but only cars. You also will see and hear advertisements everywhere. The city is the home of the United Nations.

Reducing the number of students in conjunction with the general decline in the importance of strengthened overall orders contractors large districts. While high capacity buses could potentially reduce operating costs.
In 1986, the first low-cost school bus of this type was put into operation.
At the end of the 1980s in the Blue Bird faced with the need to compete with the All American. To solve the problem, the TA / 2000 was introduced in 1988 year. In later versions of Chrome trim was removed, and the grille was changed from 14 to 4 slots.

1)In the USA you start elementary school when you’re 6 in the first grade, and stay there until you are 11 years old in the sixth grade. Then you go to junior high school for the seventh, the eighth, and the ninth grade. You’re 14 years old when you finish junior high school. Then you go to a high school for the tenth, the eleventh and the twelfth grade. They call you a freshman in the tenth grade. At the end of grade twelvery you take a state graduation exam. You leave high school when you are 17.

It has 13 horizontal stripes,7 red and 6 white which stand for the original 13 states. In the top left hand corner there are 50 white stars on a blue background: one star for each state.

Great Britain, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are English speaking countries. They are situated in different parts of the world and differ in many ways.
The nature of these countries, their weather and climate and way of life of their people differ. Each coutry has it’s own history customs, traditions, its own national holidays. But they all have a common language. English, the language of the people who left England to make their names in new countries.
The United Kindom of Great Britain and North Ireland consist of 4 parts: England, Scotland, Wales, Northen Ireland. The British Isles are group of islands lying off the noth-west coast of the continent of Europe. There are no high mountains, no very long river, no great forest in U. K. The population of the U. K. is almost fifty-six million. Great Britain is a capitalists country.
The USA is situated in the central part of the North American continent. The population of the USA is more then 236 million people. The USA is a highly develoed industrial country. In the USA there are two main political parties, the Democratic Party and the Republican Party.
Canada has area of nearly 10 million square kilometres. It’s westen coast is washed by the Pacific Ocean and its eastern coast by the Atlantic Ocean. The population of Canada is over 26 million people. Canada is a capitalist federal state and a member of the Commonwealth.
The Commonwealth of Australia territories are the continent of Australia, the island of Tasmania and number of smaller islands. Australia has an area of nearly eight million square kilometres. The population of Australia is over sixteen million people. The Commonwealth of Australia is a capitalist self- governing federal state.
New Zealand is situated south-east of Australia. The country consists of the large islands called North Island, South Island and Stewart Island and also many small islands. The population of New Zealand is over three million people. New Zealand is a capitalist self-governing state and a meember of the Commonwealth.

1. The official name of America is United States of America. But people often call it America or U. S. A. Or  sometimes just U. S wich meaning is United States. But its all the same county.
2. There are 50 states in the United States as of 2017. This number excludes the federal district of Washington, D. C. which is not a state. This number also does not include U. S. territories, which receive U. S. protection and social services while maintaining internal independence
3. The political capital of the United States of America is the city of Washington, which is located in the District of Columbia
4. The Missouri River is the longest river in the United States at 2,341 miles long. The Mississippi River is the second longest, at 2,340 miles long.
5. Of course I would like to visit USA. Because America is graet county. They have beautiful calture. Americans are tolerant, very hospitable and very open. I love USA.

Dear Mary,
One of my eating habits is how in a dish, I always eat the worst part first and then I eat the best part so it is not spoiled by the bad part. (Обед в школе) One of my personal favorite recipes that I love cooking is fried eggs with bacon and tomatoes. It is generally pretty simple, you need:
-2 eggs
-1 big tomato
-2 strips of bacon
-some cooking oil
- a frying pan
Break the eggs on the pan and then and add the bacon with some cut tomatoes. Wait 2-3 minutes and now it is done!
Mary, can you please answer a few questions about the zoo? First, how many animals are there? Is the zoo in a closed building or a building with no roof? And what continents are featured in that zoo?

Dear Ben,
As for my family, we are having a great time in Barcelona. It’s so wonderful and amazing city!
There are a lot of places to visit. Can you believe that I can really see Sagrada Familia through my apartment’s windows? I heard that it has a very long and interesting history. So I guess, my parents and I will visit it as soon as possible.
Yesterday we spent our time on the beach. The weather was perfect — it was hot and sunny. Some people went windsurfing, others went under sail. But as for me, I eventually dived! That was fantastic and breathtaking! I saw a lot of sea creatures — crabs, jelly fish, sea stars. And what about your holidays?
