Для современного человека технологии безусловно приносят только положительные результаты. Даже такое страшное изобретение, как водородная бомба заслуживает уважения (оружие массового поражения является наверное единственным сдерживающим фактором, который мешает началу мировой войны). 
Другое дело, что лишившись этих благ, человек вряд ли сможет выжить в дикой природе. Совершенствование технологий когда нибудь сделает человека хозяином космоса. Но эволюция в то же самое время, сделает из него никчемное существо, которое без всех своих железок просто превратиться в низшее звено пищевой цепи.  

Текущий век, с его стремительными темпами, развивающимися технологиями и мощнейшими стрессами диктует свои законы, и, соответственно, требования к людям, идущим в ногу со временем. Так современный человек – это не просто член общества, вяло плывущий по течению, это полноправный хозяин жизни, стремящийся к успеху и применяющий для этого все свои силы и умения. Сегодня, чтобы считаться по-настоящему современным человеком, уже недостаточно быть просто в курсе событий, необходимо принимать в них живое участие, из стороннего наблюдателя превратившись в успешного творца идей и активного труженика. Как никогда доселе, сегодня каждому человеку требуются прочные и системные знания и, в особенности, постоянная работа над собой, над своим личностным развитием и кругозором. Именно поэтому серьезное и качественное образование становится неотъемлемой составляющей жизни современного человека. Учитывая многогранность и противоречивость нашего века, непременным требованием современности является и хорошее знание политической обстановки на разных континентах, а также мировой экономики. И чтобы максимально приблизиться к жизни мирового сообщества, современный человек обязан владеть как минимум одним иностранным языком, что даст ему возможность не только лучше понимать своих сверстников, но и участвовать во всякого рода международных программах и движениях. Кроме того, современный человек непременно должен быть здоров. К счастью, уже канули в лету времена, когда курение и алкоголь считались модным атрибутом. Сегодняшние тенденции молодежной моды – это отсутствие вредных привычек, отличная физическая форма, энергия и бодрость. Обязательными чертами современного человека считаются также коммуникабельность, толерантность, высокая работоспособность, нетривиальное мышление и безграничная любовь к своей стране.

Computer addicts are the minority of computer users but there is no doubt that more and more young people are computer literate. Computer studies is a subject in many schools and many young people have personal computers. About one in three hundred computer owners spend almost all their time using computers. Ninety six per cent of them are males of all ages. All of them spend an average of twenty hours per week on home computers. The majority of the adults also use computers at work. All the computer addicts are very intelligent. They have been interested in science and technology from a very early age and they are usually very shy people who like being alone. A survey in a school showed that fewer girls are interested in computers because girls are less likely to have a computer. Even if they have one, they use then less frequently than boys. Possibly it is because we think of computers as something to do with maths and science, which are traditionally ’male’ subjects. Possibly it is because most of the computer teachers are men, who give the girls less attention. Possibly parents think it is less important for girls to have computer skills. Computer addicts are usually very shy people. Using computers gives them confidence. They love debugging and solving problems, develop programs and love learning programming languages. They learnt to communicate with other users through computer networks and the people they met in school and work think of them as experts who could help and advise when they had problems with their machines. A few spend their time ’hacking’ and one addict left a message on a computer of Buckingham House. Very few computer addicts play computer games, but many people use a computer exclusively for games. Some parents worry about computer games because they think their children won’t be able to communicate with real people in the real world. But parents do not need to worry. According to research computer addicts usually do well after they have left school. Parents also do not need to worry that computer addiction will make their children become unfriendly and unable to communicate with people. It is not the computer that makes them shy. In fact, what they know about computers improves their social lives. They become experts and others come to them for help and advice. For most children computer games are a craze. Like any other craze, such as skate-boarding, the craze is short-lived. It provides harmless fun and a chance to escape. If we didn’t have these computer addicts, we wouldn’t have modern technology. They are the inventors of tomorrow.

В 21 веке мы часто пользуемся смартфонами, компьютерами, гаджетами, и иногда дело доходит до истерики, когда что-то случается с твоим смартфоном. Но давайте подумаем, полезны ли эти технологии, или нет
 Во-первых, нам смартфоны очень часто помогают делать домашние задание.
 Во-вторых, гаджеты, типо GPS помогают нам ориентироваться в незнакомой местности.
 И наконец, сейчас мы можем спокойно посмотреть любой фильм, хоть 20-х веков, в интернете.
 Но у современных технологий есть и -
  Во-первых, мы прекращаем встречаться с родственниками, друзьями, а только пишем сообщения.
 Продолжаем первый пунтк ( против), мы уменьшаем наш словарный запас. Мы часто пишем сообщения с ошибками и пишем :"СПС", вместо спасибо.
 И В-третьих, мы портим здоровье. У нас снижается зрение, портиться осанка.
 Но все же, подведем итог. Всеми технологиями можно пользоваться, НО В МЕРУ!

2. We are living in a society which is called "technologically civilized" society. Every small work we do is technology dependent. Today every other person is recognized with the device or gadget, he carries; which is technically advanced. Ultimately, we can say that,"living without technology is like living without air" in this technical world of today. Therefore, we are much dependent on technology.

Starting with the simple example of food storage. Today the shelf life of the food products is increased with help of modern technology and even preparation time of food is reduced with the help of new machines and equipment. Thus, making the consumer to have an ease at its consumption and also in saving a lot of productive time. Ultimately, making the person dependent on it for his own benefits. This is unlike to the times of traditional cooking where people had to spare time and even do physical labor compared to the modern technically advanced time of today.
Technology made our lives simple but much dependent on it. We can sit in a corner and get connected to the world. Thus making the world a "global community." Communicate with a person in remote area within fraction of seconds, make a trip of the world within no time, all these are possible with the advanced technology, making us more dependent on its usage.
3. For centuries, people have all been looking for a better way to get where they have to go than looking at a map. Maps can be very dangerous to use if traveling in a caralone, because people tend to try to read the map while driving. After years of searching for a way, The GPS system was born.
      On June 24, 1993 the United States Air Force launched the 24th Navstar satellite into orbit, completing a network of 24 satellites known as the Global Positioning System(GPS). The GPS works with a receiver that you can buy for only a few hundred dollars, or less, and can instantly tell you the longitude and latitude, and even altitude of where you are, as accurate as a few hundred feet. It can also show you on its screen (a small screen) where you are.
      The first receivers were available for surveyors were as large as a suitcase, and had to be transported in trucks. Today most of the receivers are commonly the size of acellular phone, and like cellular phones, have signal available 24/7 in most parts of the world. GPS modernization offers great benefits many people including, construction workers, mappers, surveyors, aviation, marine and automobile navigation, and agriculturists.
      This new technology is increasingly popular with drivers everywhere.   GPS systems were first made available to civilians in 2007. Technology changes constantly, impacting the way we work. Increased accuracy of measurements, enhanced productivity, and advancements in receiver technology are in the very near future. GPS users are very excited to have this technology in their hands.
    Because of the amount of time that is required to develop a new generation of satellites, the DOD is already planning system considerations through the year 2030. Currently a team of scientists is researching the next generation.

Nowadays science is very important for all kinds of people to live in the World.
Particularly science studies can provide the mankind with modern tools of understanding technology, the nature of peace and human relationships.
Science is also closely connected with ecology.
Moreover, scientists study the Universe, develop spacecrafts and study the Earth’s atmosphere. They can prevent people from dangers that are getting on the Earth from the space, warn against them and try to create the specific protection.
Without science we wouldn’t get cars, planes, ships – almost all means of transport.
Apart from this, science studies the energy of sun and atom. It searches for the new methods of organizing a man’s life more comfortable and more secure. All in all, every scientific study is essential. It helps people to live in harmony with nature and to find their way in the developing world.

Современный мир основан на технологических устройствах очень много.
Представь свой мир без компьютеров и прочей техники. Конечно не кто не против этого всего, но черезмерная игра в компьютер, планшеты т т. П. Может привести к потере зрения.
Еще есть полезная техника к примеру как посудомойка, микороволновка и т. П. Они облегчают нам жизнь, но в этих устройствах есть и свои минусы. Возьмем посудомойку к примеру, ее минус в том что ваша задача просто положить в нее тарелки, чашки и т. П. Получается вы становитесь немного ленивее.
В нашем современном мире есть техника, но так ли она полезна? Это мы с вами и узнали.

Люди слишком сильно полагаются на технологии.
People they are such beings can do anything! But there are rules and laws. In ancient times, the king relied on the squad and the rich and influential people. And now, many people such as students rely on machines-computers steal other works of other people on the Internet! Or sick people really want to recover and believe only in good equipment and not the doctors OR because the machine is not a man she no brain that make a person think and grow! People should do everything and improve your mind activity and intellect! Grandfathers and grandmothers they live and enjoy life. Arrived at the cottage, and gathered the harvest manually sat down to a hundred and eat fresh vegetables and fruits alive and healthy and then books honored! Now I live not complaining many books read to know a lot, but interesting books better than the movies, computers, televisions, cinemas! Here’s ballet theatre musicals.

I have asked myself a lot of times: "What do i want to be when i leave school?" As the most of my friends i am going to enter the university. 
I think when i grow up I will be a doctor. In my mind, this is a most important profession in the world. The professional of doctors gives me plenty of opporunites to help people in trouble. 
When i grow up, i’ll get married at 21-22 years and i will have 1 child and 1 big and white dog. I’ll be live in a small town near the sea and read lots of books.
That’s how I see my future.

Technology is an important part of our lives. We use computers and other electric equipment at work and in the home. However, some people believe we rely too much on machines, and that the more technology improves, the lazier and weaker humans will become.

Technological advances are changing our lives very rapidly. Nowadays we can’t do without such gadgets as mobile phones, PCs, digital tape recorders, air conditioners, fax machines and so on. Many people feel ill at ease without their laptop computers or GPS navigation systems.

In my opinion, technology facilitates our lives and saves our time. Computers help us do the most difficult sums and investigate complicated data. People do business, communicate and do the shopping via the Internet. It is much easier to do housework nowadays, thanks to electric equipment such as microwave ovens, washing machines and so on.

However, many people say that technology makes us lazier and weaker. For example, such tech­nological developments as the telephone and the Internet have made communication much eas­ier, but they can cause the loss of social interaction. A lot of people prefer communicating through a keyboard than face to face. That is why people don’t meet as often as they did in the past. A lot of people are fond of watching TV and playing computer games. They spend hours in front of the screen. They have no time to read books or to communicate with their friends. They move less, speak less and they even think less. Of course, such way of life does much harm to their health.

To sum up, people should continue to develop technology, but they must do it wisely. Otherwise we may regret in the future.
