I’m going to give a talk about my flat. It is very cozy and contains three rooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a kitchen.
The first room is living room. There all the members of the family or our guests can gather together and watch TV, play different games or just talk.
The second room is my bedroom, and it goes without saying that it’s the favorite room in my flat. It is not large but it’s spacious enough for all my things. There I can rest, do my homework or any things I want without disturbing my housemates.
The third room is my parents’ bedroom, which they also use as a working cabinet sometimes.
All in all, I think my flat is very comfortable and I like to live there.

My flat is beautiful and sunny. It has got five rooms. They are two bathrooms, a kitchen, a bedroom and a living room. The living room is big and cosy. There is a big TV, a sofa and two armchairs in it. My mum and I love sitting there watching TV.
My favorite room is a bedroom. It is smaller than the living room. But it is my favorite place because it is warm and comfortable. There is a bed and two cupboards. My bed is red. It looks like a real car. You can see a computer and a small TV in my bedroom. The room has got an aquarium. There are a lot of exotic fish in it. Every day I feed my fish and my mum helps me to clean my room. I like doing homework and playing in my room.

My family lives in a 9-storeyed building, which is situated near the city center. There is a nursery, school, several shops and a brasserie not far from the house. We have an elevator in our communal entrance hall. We live on the seventh floor, that’s why we’re glad that we needn’t to walk up. Our flat is very comfortable and cozy. It has three rooms: my parents’ bedroom, my room, a living room. It also includes a kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom. Our flat is provided with all modern conveniences: cold and hot running water, electricity, central heating, and telephone. A living room is the biggest one in our flat. It has a long table with several chairs round in the middle. To the right of the table, there is a big wall unit with a wardrobe and different shelves. Opposite the table, an occasional table with a TV set on it stands from one side. There is a cozy sofa with two arm chairs from the other side. The floor is covered with a beautiful carpet with patterns. The pictures are hanging on the walls. My parents’ bedroom is cozy and spacious. There is a bed with two dressing tables and small lamps on each of them. My room is the smallest one. It’s very cozy and bright. It has a desk, an armchair, a wardrobe and a bed. My wooden shelves are overflowed with books, because I like to read. There is also a computer on my desk. Our kitchen is big enough. In the middle it has a dining-table with chairs. Opposite it, there is a cupboard with cooking utensils. The kitchen has a refrigerator to the right of cupboard and a sink to the left. Our kitchen is well-equipped. It has a toaster, a food processor, a microwave and a coffee maker. We like to spend evenings in our cozy kitchen, to drink tea and talk. I like my flat very much as it is one of some places, where I feel peaceful. Моя семья живет в девятиэтажном здании, которое находится близко к центру города. Спальня моих родителей уютная и просторная. Возле стены стоит кровать с прикроватными тумбочками, на которых стоят маленькие лампы. Моя комната самая маленькая, но очень удобная и светлая. В ней есть стол, кресло, шкаф и кровать. Полки переполнены книгами, так как я люблю читать. Наша кухня достаточно большая. Посередине стоит обеденный стол со стульями. Напротив него шкаф с посудой. Слева от шкафа раковина, справа – холодильник. Наша кухня хорошо оснащена, в ней есть тостер, комбайн, микроволновая печь и кофеварка. Мы любим проводить вечера в нашей уютной кухоньке, пить чай и разговаривать. Мне очень нравится моя квартира, так как это одно из тех мест, где я чувствую себя умиротворённо.

My flat is situated in the center of the city. It’s not very big but it’s very cozy. There are some rooms in the flat. My bedroom is rather small but for me it’s not very important. I appreciate what I have. Also near the bedroom there are bathroom, bedroom, the living room and the kitchen. My kitchen is furnitered very comfortable and it’s rather big. I like spending time there. In the living room there are some wardrobs, one green sofa and the armchairs. Also I have there a fireplace. In my opinion, it’s really cool to spend time near it.
We have a nice flat in a new block of flats. Our flat is on the fifth floor of a nine-storied building. It has all modern conveniences: central heating, running hot and cold water, electricity, gas, a lift and a chute to carry rubbish down. In front of the armchairs there is a small round table for newspapers and magazines. There is a thick carpet on the floor. Two water-colours hung on the wall above the divan-bed. In the evening we usually draw the curtains across the windows, and a red lampshade gives a warm colour to the room. The bedroom is smaller than the living-room and not so light as there is only one window in it. In this room there are two beds, two dressing-tables and a wardrobe. In the corner of the bedroom there is a small colors TV set. On the dressing table there is an alarm-clock and small lamp with green lamp-shade. Our study is the smallest room in the flat, but in spice of it, it is very cozy. There isn’t much furniture in it, but there are a lot of shelves full of books. It has a writing table, an armchair and a bookcase too. A small round table with cassette-recorder is standing in the right-hand corner of the study. Besides there is a small sofa near the wall opposite the bookcase. This room was my father’s study, but as I grew older, it has become my room. And in my opinion it is the best room in our flat. My friends used to come to my place to have a chat or to play chess in the evening, and they say my room is very comfortable. I share their opinion.

В моей квартире три комнаты, ещё ванна, туалет, кухня и прихожая. Одна из комнат - спальня мамы с папой. Там стоит большая двухспальняя кровать. По бокам от кровати стоят два шкафчика и светильники. Перед кроватью Стоит большой шкаф с зеркалом. В этой спальне красивые золотистые обои. Вторая комната наша с сестренкой. В ней берюзовые обои. С одной стороны стоит кровать сестры, с другой, у окна - моя. Между ними стоит компьютерный стол. Перед ними два наших небольших шкафчика. Затем идет гостинная. Эта у нас самая большая комната. Там красные блестящие обои. Большой кожаный диван. Перед ним примерно на три метра телевизор. Кухня комфортно обустроена. Печь, раковина, посудомоечная машина и два шкафа стоят вряд. Над печкой висит вытяжка. Перед ними обеденный стол. И на стене тоже висят шкафы. Нам в нашей квартире жить хорошо!
