My favorite dish is fried potatoes with mushrooms. I don’t like eating soup, I prefer rice with vegetables or mushed potato. I like to eat a sandwich or a salad in the morning. I like to try different salads. My mom likes to cook borsch and a vegetable soup, they became my favorite dishes since I was a child. I like to eat an omelet or a fried egg for breakfast. I prefer eating fried fish than cutlets or meatballs. My favorite dish is meat dumplings with sour cream, I cook them quite often. I like to eat some fruits in the morning, they have many necessary vitamins.

I enjoy eating out. I often have dinner in a good restaurant or café with my friends or my family. I’ve got a couple of favorite places for eating out. One of them is “Tokyo”. It’s a restaurant which offers excellent Japanese cuisine.
The prices aren’t quite low there, the average dinner is about 20-30 dollars for each person. But I prefer high quality and nice service, that’s why I go to “Tokyo“ once or twice a month.
The menu can fit any taste. There is a large selection of vegetarian dishes and special dishes for children which include chicken, steak and pasta meals. There are also a lot of fantastic desserts to choose from. For a starter I normally have some seafood salad, and for the main course it is usually grilled salmon served with wild mushrooms and seasonal vegetables. Sometimes my meal is accompanied by a glass of dry wine. The favorite part of my dinner is the dessert. I am sure that “Tokyo” makes the best chocolate pudding I have ever tasted. So I always order this with a cup of black coffee.
My love cafe is ".". Because I’m every day go to the this cafe with my friends. We usually have lanch. But sometimes we have breakfast.

I love my native city Volgograd very much. It’s very large and the most beautiful city I have ever seen. I really enjoy the Museum - panorama, where a guide tells everybody about Stalingrad Battle. It is very interesting and unforgettable. I like riding a boat along the great Russian river the Volga. There is a famous Mamaev Kurgan and a beautiful embankment in my city. My favorite fictional character is the Little Prince from the fairy tale by the French writer and pilot Antoine de Saint Exupery. Little boy with tousled hair, touching and lonely - it looks like the main character. The boy realized that the main thing - to give someone a piece of your heart.
Hero attracts me with its directness, simplicity, kindness, sense of humor, intelligence. He is constant in his affections, devoid of any greedy aspirations. Kid seriously think about your life to understand its value, and he finds the right answer. The human life is to live it with other people, with those who need you. Never loved the people can not be happy.
Because "one sees clearly only with the heart."

Мой любимый литературный герой - это Маленький принц из сказки французского писателя, летчика Антуана де Сент Экзюпери. Маленький мальчик с взъерошенными волосами, трогательный и одинокий, так выглядит главный герой. Он живет один на крохотной планете величиной с дом и по утрам убирает свою планету, выпалывая семена баобабов. Старательно ухаживает малыш и за красавицей-розой, которая однажды проросла из семечка.
Но роза обижает принца колкостями, капризничает. И однажды принц уходит от нее, пускается в путешествие.
На разных планетах побывал наш герой, и везде он чувствовал себя чужим. Встретил короля, который хвастался, что он лучше и красивее других, хотя жил на планете один. Был у пьяницы. Тот пил, чтобы забыть, что ему стыдно пить. Видел делового человека, которому некогда было жить из-за подсчетов никому не нужных чисел.
Познакомился с ученым, ничего не видящим из-за книг. Принц удивлялся, какими глупыми вещами занимаются эти люди, очень одинокие и несчастные. Мальчик надеялся найти друзей, а оказался еще более одиноким. И он понимает, что нет ничего лучше его родной планеты, его прекрасной розы. Он возвращается домой, чтобы снова поливать ее, защищать от ветра. Ведь Маленький принц в ответе за тех, кого приручил. Принц научился любить, испытывать к другому существу нежность, приобрел чувство ответственности. Мальчик понял, что главное - отдать кому-то частичку своего сердца.
Герой привлекает меня своей непосредственностью, простодушием, добротой, чувством юмора, умом. Он постоянен в своих привязанностях, лишен всяких алчных стремлений. Малыш серьезно задумывается над своей жизнью, чтобы понять, в чем ее ценность, и он находит правильный ответ. Жизнь дана человеку, чтобы прожить ее с другими людьми, с теми, кому ты нужен. Ни разу не любивший человек не может быть счастлив.
Ведь "зорко одно лишь сердце".

I like reading and spent a lot of time with the books. They open a world full of mysteries and adventures to me. Books can show the manners and customs of other countries and continents, broaden the mind and increases the one’s vocabulary. In general, reading is a very rewarding hobby.
I like to read the adventure novels and detective stories. They capture my attention and imagination. One of my favorite books is the series of stories about the adventures of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson. The author of these wonderful books is A. Conan Doyle.
My favorite character is the brilliant detective Sherlock Holmes. He’s smart, insightful, and resourceful. In crisis situations he doesn’t lose composure and avoids panicking. Holmes can unravel the complex puzzles and always finds the culprit. He invented the deductive method of investigating mysteries and crimes. This method is based on reasoning, observation and attention to detail. The brave detective uses his method and reveals all the mysteries. I admire his intelligence, logic, fearless and faith in the scientific progress. So I can confidently say that my favorite hero is Sherlock Holmes.
