Those people who live in big cities and town are fond of gardening, growing flowers and vegetables. This gives them a sense of being close to nature. Very often a hobby helps people to choose their future occupation. A person is lucky, I guess, if he or she can find a job similar to his or her hobby and get money for this. Nowadays playing different computer games has become a popular pastime for both children and grown-ups. As for me, I have got a hobby too. Many people go in for sports, they like jogging, walking, swimming, skating, skiing, working out in gyms. If you do sports you begin feeling much better. I personally go in for sports. It is a very important part of my life. I like playing volleyball and going to the gym. I do my morning exercises. Why do I like doing sports? Because I think that a man should be well-built and strong. (It is very important for a woman to be slim and in good shape). When I have got some free time I also like listening to music. I like different music from classics to rock. I read a lot. Adventure books are among my favorites. Taking pictures is my another passion. My parents presented me with a good camera last birthday. I never leave home without my camera because you never know when you see the moment that you need to capture. Once I took part in an exhibition. People said they like my photos. I love taking pictures of my family. We have tones of pictures now. But this is a good memory for all of us.

My hobby is travelling.
Modern life is impossible without travelling. Millions of people all over the world spend their holidays travelling. I travel to see other countries and continents, modern cities and the ruins of ancient towns, I travel to enjoy picturesque places or just for a change of scene. It is always interesting to discover new things, to see different ways of life, to meet different people, to try different food, to listen to different music.
I like to travel by train. I can always see the country side around me.
We have a car and I like to travel by car too. We can stop whenever we like. We start from our frond door and take any road we like.
I like hiking too. Walking through the wood or along the river, having a rest on the shore of the forest lake, climbing a mountain. I can feel myself as a part of nature. What a great experience!

The world around us is much more interesting and exciting. Everyone can find something to their liking. Interests man - is that it does not because they must, but because she likes it. Actually because of the studies and taking care of my brothers I don’t really have time for hobbies but nevertheless I have hobbies and my favorite ones are surfing the Internet, singing and watching TV.
Surfing the internet is what I mostly do whenever I have free time. Also often visit news websites to read daily news. I also often visit music websites to update new songs. I like it because you can find anything you want in the Internet. I think it’s interesting to me ’cause I can know a lot of things about life or just chat with foreigners to improve my English.
Singing is my second favorite hobby. I’m not really good at singing so I do it when I’m alone. I like it ’cause it helps me to forget about all the stress from a hard day. And I’m interested in it because it’s a good way to express your feelings just by singing your heart out and putting all your troubles in a song.
