It would be a test using my knowledge of medicine, genetics, biochemistry and information systems.
The technology behind the test would be advanced and complicated, but testing procedure would be very simple and precise.
Just add a drop of blood to a piece of paper and computer calculates individual risk and probability of getting sick and also suggests lifestyle changes and natural remedies to prevent the disease.
Testing would be free and available to anyone in the world.
Just imagine how many people would benefit from my device, how much suffering and death will be prevented!
Also it would save billions of dollars in unnecessary drugs, treatments, sick leave benefits and lost productivity.
Cancer surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation would become things of the past.

Nowadays a lot of people travel by car, and their number increaces rapidly. Cars pollute the atmosphere. The choice is ours whether we will continue to pollute the environment or not. New cars require large amounts of energy in their production process, as well as during their operation and it’s not easy but we should try to make cars as safe as possible for ecology of the planet. It will take long time before our streets will become silent, and environmentally clean. The engineers have designed a new internal combustion engine and it will continue to play an important role in the nearest 20-30 years. So what will be the car of the future? There are 2 options: 1) electric motor of small size and 2) hydrogen engine. There are already hundreds of electric cars in Moscow but they are a drop in an ocean. The cheapest way is to launch the production of hydrogen engines in the future.
I think it’s the most profitable means. In future, the driver will have a large number of electronic assistants. There won’t stay any mechanical parts. In future electronics will play more important role in operating the car, than the driver. And in the distant future it may replace the man at operating the vehicle. The owner will only set the route, and the car itself will take him to places where it’s necessary. As for four-wheel cars, the cars won’t change. In 20-30-50 years they will be unchangeable. Well, I think we will see what the cars will be like in 50 years.

I cannot say for sure whether the world will be a better or worse place in the future in reason I think one part of our live will change for the better, while another part will be worse. In the technology everything will be better. Many new machines have been invented. Those things will help people more efficiently.
On the one hand, you can finish almost every work by the "one touch"; you just hold a small remote, and it will order everything. For example, the car will drive to your house by itself according to your orders; the TV will choose the best program for you and tell you what the important news is for you today. We will have no traffic jams, because the cars will fly in the sky; you don’t need to drive them, because everything is automatic.
On the other hand, when we get so many new things in our life, it will cause some problems in life. Maybe people will feel strange around other people, because we will hardly talk to one another. We have known all of the answers by modern machines. We use the Internet to connect everything. However, we need to consider that eye contact, face expression, and physical touch are very important to human beings.
At last, I want to say about fuel. Fuel is an important to use this product for technology. The most famous fuel is oil. Oil can be changed into gasoline and oil gas. Oil is used in most vehicles and for heating. However, the oil is said to be able to last only this century. Therefore, after we will harvest all the oil, we need to look for some new fuel instead of the oil in the future.

I can improve my cooking skill by just trying to start cooking something small like fried rice ect. On the other hand, I would like to be a computer expert that can fix and repair computers like an expert. Also I would like to open up a computer service shop in the future. I like my dreams because now days technologies are getting tougher and later on only some people that can fix computer technologies in the future. That’s why I try to catch up to study the technologies now days so in the future I might help people who is in need of a computer expert. I will also try to stay on my studies now so I can still graduate on high school. I still don’t know which one I should choose to my future but I choose to be an computer expert still cause I like to break things up to see what’s in it cause I’m always curious what drives that thing to make it work for example the programs for a laptop. Sometimes when I open up a electronic, I can’t reassemble them again hahaha…. so I studied first from my cousin who opened up a computer shop in bogor. Sometimes I followed him to the shop so I can see what is in the computers disk are like, and I also like to help him to repair a CPU cause I’m curious remember. I try to fix it with my cousin watching my every step I’m doing, if I do something wrong he will ask me to stop and he will explain to me how to do it. I will try my best to do my dream job in the future, and if I fail or I have problems with my studies, I will keep on dreaming to overcome the problem and keep believing I will have a good life in the future.
