Paste is very appetizing food. My favorite food is pasta. I love pasta with cream sauce with some kind of vegetable like spinach or brocolli. I eat a lot of vegetables, fruit, whole wheat pasta, rice, bread, and cereal. I don’t eat much junk food (potato chips, french fries, soda.) and I don’t eat meat. But I eat fish and other kinds of seafood. For breakfast, I eat yogurt, cereal, and blueberries mixed together and I drink my favorite beverage - coffee. I love chocolate, so for my last birthday, I had chocolate cake. And because I don’t know how to cook very many things, I usually buy spinach dip from the grocery store when I go to a party.

My favorite food is pizza. I enjoy takeaway pizza because it’s convenient and cooked by professionals but I also love making pizza myself. There is nothing better than a classic Italian tomato and mozzarella pizza.
I make pizza dough by mixing together yeast, a bit of sugar and salt with warm water. I let the mixture sit for a few minutes before adding bread flour and olive oil to it. I first combine the mixture with a wooden spoon and once a dough starts to form I work the rest together with hands. I knead the dough for 10 minute until smooth and then place it into a warm place for an hour to proof. When the dough is risen, I take it out of the bowl and knead it again for a few minute and then leave it for a second proof for half an hour.
When the dough is ready to be used I place it onto a floured work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin. I place this pizza base onto a preheated pizza tray then spread some olive oil and tomato paste over the pizza base. I then sprinkle some Italian seasoning and granulated garlic over the base, place sliced tomatoes, sliced mozzarella and basil leaves on top and put it into a preheated grill for 15 minutes.
When the pizza comes out of the grill it smells and looks fantastic. Nothing can beat a family dinner with home-made pizza. Delicious home-made pizza makes everyone smile. I wish I could eat it every day!

My favorite dish is pizza. It is not unusual at all, but i have nothing to do with my tastes. Pizza is an Italian dish. The legend says, It was invented by poor people, who just put all ingridients they had on to the slice of dough. Although it is very popular nowadays and is not a dish of poor people at all. My favorite pizza is pepperoni. To cook it you need first of all a round piece of dough, then put slices of pepperoni on it and spread lots of cheese all over your pizza. Don’t forget to put it into an oven. Personally I adore pizza because It’s nourishing, simple and really tasty and If you try a slice, you’ll never forget that taste!

I closed my eyes and smelled it. The smell of pizza was unfamiliar but very taking, I liked it at once. As soon as I opened my eyes my attention was attracted by cheese on the pizza which melted in unusual form, it reminded me Africa. I spent several seconds gazing at my pizza and trying to find other peculiar forms but then gave up and started to eat it. That day I thought that pizza was the most delicious meal in the world; frankly speaking, I haven’t changed my mind till now. I really adore it. When I invite my friends to my place to spend evening watching a film I usually order a pizza or two, every my birthday we celebrate in a pizza restaurant (each time it is a different pizza restaurant) and when I’m in good mood for cooking something delicious more often I cook pizza. It is really the tastiest meal for me! I also want to admit that when I eat pizza I always recall sweet moments from my childhood, and if I’m in a bad mood flavory pizza can always improve it. For me pizza is not an ordinary meal it’s a magic part of my childhood that’s why eating of pizza is a special ritual for me.
