Dear Ann, I am visiting London at the moment. I’m really happy. It’s one of my favorite cities. We came here with our teacher. We are going to see a lot of interesting places in London. First of all we will see Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, the Thames and the Tower of London.  Just imagine it!  Then we are going to see  Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square with Nelson’s Column and the British Museum. My dream will come true tomorrow, because tomorrow we are going to take a ride on the London Eye and soon after that to watch  the Changing of the Guard near Buckingham Palace. Unfortunately, we are not going to visit St Paul’s Cathedral and Hide Park. But still I like the trip very much. As for my last trip to Turkey, it was also great, but there most of the time I swam in the sea and relaxed. Here, in London, I have learnt a lot of useful information and took a lot of interesting photos. I’ll send you some of them. Keep in touch. Best wishes, Vlad

I was delighted to receive your letter, and I am so glad to have a pen-pal in the Canada.
Let me tell you something about my city. Well, it is a very beautiful city especially in autumn when all trees are of different colors. The most popular place in Kazan is Baumana walking street. It is the street where beautiful statues are.
We have an unusual climate in Kazan. Normal temperature for winter is minus 14 degrees. If you come in winter, be sure to go to the square of the Freedom where you can usually find ice slides. The city is even more beautiful in summer than in winter. Normal temperature for summer is plus 25. I think you should come here in summer because there are a lot of fountains, theaters, parks.

Summer vacation.
In my last summer vacation, I had a lot of time. 
The first month of summer was the same as the past. I was in the city. But, at home idly, not sitting. I went to the garden to grandparents, and we had fun. We splashed water from the well, when the air was filled with the heat. And at night telling scary stories and listened to the songs of crickets admiring the night sky. I visited all the hiding places to read. He was fond of sketching and photography. 
In July I went to another city with her grandmother to visit relatives and I loved it.
