My last visit to the cinema was fantastic! I went to the "(название кинотеатра"). I decided to saw a comedy"(название фильма, в данному случае комедия). The atmosphere was great there was very comfortable in the cinema. By the way, the film was very interesting and I liked it. More than that, tickets weren't expansive.
All in all, I had a great time and I will remember this day!

My family travels a lot. We visited a lot of places. Once we visited New-York. We got there by plain. It was the city which never slept and the city of the skyscrapers.  We visited a lot of attractions. We walked in a famous central park which was used in many Hollywood movies. I saw three major airports of the country. This place contained the most complex network of subways in the whole world. There were a lot of hotels and restaurants.  In the evening we walked in the streets and saw different interesting people and places. It was great. I will never forget my journey.

I was very glad to hear from you again. I haven’t written for ages because of my school activities.
In your letter you ask me to tell you about my trip to the seaside. With a pleasure. A few weeks ago my family and I went to the seaside on my parents holiday. We had a good rest spending much time on the beach. I enjoyed making sandcastles, my mother liked bathing and my father liked watching waves. Suddenly he noticed that not far from the we were it became darker and the waves were bigger and bigger. It was the beginning of great storm. Everybody was frightened and started running away the sea. We ran to our hotel too. There we felt  more safely. But I was in shock.

Have you ever been in such situation? Tell me, please, what you felt.

You know, all greatest museums in the world are very large and famous… If I were you I would attend all museums in Paris, it is my dream…

Well, in Russia one of the best galleries is the Hermitage. It’s located in St. Petersburg. One of the largest and oldest museums of the world, it was founded in 1764 by Catherine the Great. And it has been open to the public since 1852. It consists nearly of 3 million items of art, including the largest collection of paintings in the world.

Wow! A puppy! That’s cool! What is its pedigree? What name did you give to it? How do you like being a dog owner?

All right, sorry but I must go now, I have to help my mom. Hope to hear from you soon.

It’s a great pleasure to receive a letter from you. Sorry I haven’t written for so long, but I was busy with preparing for exams.

My classmates and I go to museums about three or four times a year, it’s not too often. My favorite museum is the Hermitage, which is located in St. Petersburg. I’m sure that everyone should visit the Hermitage at least once because this museum has a long history connected with Russian imperial family.

Which month are you planning to go hiking exactly? Is your sister going to join you? What place have you chosen?

Well, I’d better go because I promised mom to help with the housework.

The National Gallery is a world-famous art museum. It is located in London in Trafalgar Square. The National Gallery is situated right behind Nelson’s Column. This majestic domed building with massive columns is easy to notice. The National Gallery houses a vast number of works by famous painters who lived during XIII – beginning of XX centuries. Initially the gallery was located in a different place. Soon the decision about moving it to a separate building was taken.
The entrance to the gallery is free. This gives an opportunity to a lot of people to get to know about the development of different schools of painting, painters and painting techniques in different periods of time.
The National Gallery attracts not only tourists from all over the world but also students and pupils living in London. There are a lot of events which take place in the gallery both free and chargeable. Anyone who is interested can attend weekly guided tours around the gallery. Nowadays there are about 2300 canvasses in the National Gallery. Among them there is The Virgin of the Rocks by Leonardo da Vinci, Self Portrait at the age of 34 by Rembrandt, Sunflowers by Vincent van Gogh and many others.

I am really  fond of museums.  People go to museums to enjoy beauty of  works of art.  Great painters and sculptors gave part of their soul to their creations.  We can also see some interesting facts from the past life in their works.  They can be clothes, buildings or even food that people from the past used to eat many years ago.  Sometimes bright colours and lively landscapes can really improve our mood.  Some people to museums to enrich their knowledge on different subjects because in addition to art museums  there are lots of other museums: military museums, car museums, history museums and so on.  Everybody can choose a museum to his or her taste.   So if you want to spend a nice time among amazing things, go to the museum!

The town where i live is not so large and there are not big galleries and museums in it. But we have a good Natural History Museum in our town. Last week I was on an excursion there. First we listened to a lecture on the history of our region which was very interesting. Then a guide showed us the exposition of the museum. We walked throught its halls looking at different stands and exhibits. There was ancient vases and coins, dishes and bowls and tools. The guide told  us about the history and age of this exhibits. There we saw stuffed animals and birds. I like this museum and hs exhibits. In the next year i will go here again.

Thanks for your letter. I living in Russia. I want to tell you about my country’s museums. One of the famous museums is the Hermitage. The Hermitage is located in St. Petersburg. In the Hermitage there are more than 350 rooms. A special place is given to the ceremonial Palace interiors.  So we have the Tretyakov Gallery. The gallery presents a large set of pictures. Part of the Tretyakov art gallery is a museum-Church of St. Nicholas in Tolmachi, represents a unique combination of Museum and the temple. The Space Museum is located in Moscow. This museum is very nice and beautiful. You should be there! Come to me and we go to the place. The Museum has a model of the first satellites. And what museums do you have in the country?

    1)Museum. The museum is very large in the city center, this museum displays paintings. There is very interesting. There you can find paintings of famous artists of the world.

In my holiday I went to the zoo. I went to the zoo with my friend Helen. There was a lot of animals. There was bear, monkey, elephant and other animals. When  Helen saw bear she scaried! She said: ’’Nastiya, can we go to other animal?". So, we went to see monkey. It was very funny! Monkey jumped to the food. I said "Do you want to see elephant?" to Helen.
