Actually, i don’t have sisters or brothers, but i understand you perfectly. You can go on trying to be a good example to your sister, but i’m not sure if it would make sense. Maybe you shouldn’t tell your parents about your sister’s behavior and just try to talk about it with her instead and she might improve her attitude. I think, it’s annoying when your younger sister is driving you mad. If i had this problem, I would talk to her and if it wouldn’t help, then i would talk to the parents and try to solve this problem using their advice.

That is why bring warm clothes. I suggest you to go very famous places in Russia. I have list of places such as Kizhi Island, St. Sophia Cathedral, Lake Baikal, Suzdal, Moscow Kremlin, Hermitage Museum, Bolshoi theatre, Moscow Metro, Kuskovo Estate, Central House of Artist and Saint Basils Cathedral. These top tourist attractions in Russia and l hope the trip will leave unforgettable memories for a lifetime.

First of all, I want to tell you what you can give to my family. You can buy some sovenirs to them, im my opinion it would be the best present. If you don’t want to spend any money, you also can make a big cake, it would be great too.
Secondly, your clothes. Here, in Russia, we don’t have common wear style, everyone puts on what he wants. Take any clothes you want.
Finally, attractions for tourist. Here we have a lot of different places where you can relax and have fun, just walk around, you will find so many amusement parks and lakes.

As for your questions I would like to offer you some places. Do you like music? We will have a concert next month. The band is awesome. They play classic mixed with rock mostly. Are you up to? 
In the evening you can walk a little, see the sightseeing because we have a lot. Different museums are here for you to enjoy as well. 
We usually have quite cold wweather in January. However, this year it seems it will be quite warm. You should bring some warm clothes anyway. It is always useful here. Take a coat and warm trousers. That will be quite enough.

My name is XXX, I purchased a swimsuit from you on 01/01/2015.

It was delivered on time, but the courier made me pay a whole $4.5, whereas the declared shipping cost was $3.5. Therefore, I’m expecting a refund of $1 for the shipping costs.

When I unpacked the parcel, it turned out the suit had an ugly tear just below the waistline. I am attaching the picture of the tear for your consideration. 

On top of this, I ordered size S, and you sent me size L, which is unacceptable.

I have had quite a bad experience with this purchase, so please arrange for the item to be returned and replaced with a quality suit of the right size.

I am glad to receive your letter. I will try to help you. Its cold and wet in Moscow in January, There are will be a lot of snow ans like a minus 25-30 degrees. So i advise you to take coat, glovers, raincoat, sweater, scarf and boots. I think thats  all how can i help you. So you were in a Globe Theater? Thats really interesting. What were you looking there? Who was with you? Do you think i should try to go there, maybe it will be interesting for me too. I am sorry i should go right now, i have a Math project for Monday. But don’t forget umbrella, because the weather might be changeable. To tell the truth, I’m a great fan of TV series "the bing bang theory", which is quite popular in USA.
