This is my first trip to Australia. I had a lot of high hopes on my flight to Australia, a lot of dreams. I didn’t know what to expect, but I really wanted this holiday to be something special. It’s funny how most times your experiences don’t really live up to your expectations. My trip so far, though, has been everything I’ve hoped for and more. Click here to search, find and then book a flight to Australia. Firstly I landed in Sydney. Sydney is noted for beautiful, balmy weather and sunny, sandy beaches. I could have spent forever there, soaking up the relaxing atmosphere or enjoying the whirlwind of its nightlife, but there’s so much more to Australia than Sydney. Driving along the Great Ocean Road was an eye-opening experience. It’s actually a war memorial, built by Australian soldiers and dedicated to the casualties of World War I. If the spectacular views weren’t enough to make the Great Ocean Road worth driving, the romantic history of the road itself is. Shipwreck Coast, for instance, is said to be responsible for more than 50 tragic wrecks, and is a sobering, if lovely, stretch of coastline along the road. Later, I visited the Clare Valley wine district of South Australia. Clare Valley is about 130 kilometres north of Adelaide and is known for its Riesling and Shiraz. Savouring a glass of Shiraz was truly the very definition of luxury, but the entire wine tasting experience was simply amazing. Biking through Australian wine country on the Riesling Trail gave me a bit of much-needed exercise, too. In Adelaide, I discovered the “city of churches.” Adelaide is the capital of South Australia, but it was once a sanctuary for Germans seeking refuge from religious persecution. Many of those cultural influences are still visible today. The North Terrace colonial stone buildings were impressive, while Adelaide Central Market was home to some of the best cafes I’ve experienced yet. What will my trip bring next? I can’t imagine! Australia has brought me so many wondrous adventures and surprises that each new leg of my journey has been better than the last.

"am" здесь лишнее, потому что речь идёт о действии, а "am" = "to be" - обозначает состояние.
"What with the cook, everybody in my family do it for themself."
"themself" говорить нельзя, нужно "themselves"
"What with the cook" - конструкция, не свойственная для английского языка, это просто дословно переведенная на английский фраза "что насчёт еды. ". Постарайтесь перефразировать как-нибудь попроще.
"For how days you going? Did you it in the past?"
Первое предложение построено неверно. Получается "На какие дни ты идёшь"
Нужно что-то вроде "How long are you going to do it?"
Во втором пропущен смысловой глагол:
Did you do it in the past?

It was very nice to hear from you. Sorry for nor answering for so long - it was something i had to do with my relatives. 
You know, i was always wondering about to meet another countries, such as Australia or USA. All this wonders i can consider make me so dreamy that im close to hire a taxi and go the closest airport. But i actually can’t. And what is the reason for?  
Firstly, i have no opportunity to get out of my city until i will be eighteen. But in fact, it is not over. I can not imagine the way how i will get such money to buy a ticket to the foreign airport, to book a room in the hotel and finally to provide myself with everydays travel. It is very expensive on the daily basis.
Secondly, i have no rights to leave my side along - in law, my parents has to go with me.
Finally, im kind of fear to be alone in the unknown place.
However, i am extremely dreaming about meeting USA - to get a american flag for souvenir, to visit Mount Rashmore with its presidents landscape images. All of this is great, but now i have no chance to bring it to life.
To be honest, i still have some todays doings, so i have to go. It is very nice to feed your back.

dear penfriend! I am glad to receive your letter. i like to read the historical books. today i"ve read an interesting book. it is about Ancient Egypt. the Egyptians lived near the river Nile. they used mud from the river for their houses. people painted on the walls of their houses. also it was interesting to know that they used feathers for fans. the Egyptians had gardens. ancient people played games and children played with toys and balls. men and women painted their eyes black or green. women had jewels and they had beads in their long hair. ancient Egypt was interesting. i want to learn more about it. I would like to read about other ancient cities. this is very interesting. Teens love to read all kinds of books, some read about famous people, others like to read fiction.

Hi, Robet!

It was a lots of time since I last hear from you!

I want to tell you about my new flat, that my father bought a week ago! Now here is being renovated! We are planning to built 3 rooms, for parents, me and Liza( my future little sister), a huge room which will inclusdes: a livilng room and a kitchen. We want to have a big family flat, in soft and gentle colours!

So my father will have his own cabinet with a library, and I hope that he will permit me to spend here lots of time by reading the books and doing my home work!
